It is with immeasurable sorrow that we have to accept a generation of great men have departed. Uncle Stephen and our Dad represented such men. They provided and cared not only for their siblings but also for everyone in their circle of loved ones. Uncle Stephen being the teacher he embodied set a blue print of teaching, generosity, kindness and integrity that our generation and beyond can use a template for our lives. When anyone lives and leaves an indelible positive impact like Uncle Stephen then we can truly say their life had a profound effect on mankind. Dear Uncle your life enhanced ours. Your annual "August Holidays" to Trinidad were legendary and "The Greatest Event” of our lives growing up. We can never say thank you enough for all that you graciously provided. Hopefully, Dad's conversations, Mom’s cooking and Bronson’s music will welcome you into the next chapter. To your wonderful family, Aunty Esther, Caroline, Jeanette and their families we share your grief and loss even though we are oceans apart. On behalf of our deceased Dad, Mom, Brother and family, “Rest in Peace” beloved Uncle as we listen to Roger Whitticker's "The Last Farewell" playing in the background. We reminisce as you set sail from us. You are one of life's treasures.
